"START SMALL, KEEP TRACK & MOVE FORWARD" ~ @chrisscottrice

After taking the initial step of limiting my diet I moved forward with another goal. This time it involved doing 100 squats every-other-day for 30 days straight. I skipped two of the workout days but I am still adding this as a milestone since I almost finished everything. I completed around 1,200 squats in thirty days. In addition to the leg workouts, I added 20 pushups to the list. 

This is the fitness plan I will follow for August of 2015 . .

SQUATS: 
110 Reps (every-other-day)
Touch Toes for 60 Seconds (every-other-day)

PUSHUPS:
22 Reps (other days) + Add 2 More (each week)
Straighten Back for 60 Seconds (other days)

BREAKFAST: Eat like a king 
LUNCH: Eat like a queen
DINNER: Eat like a popper

There are a lot of areas in my life I want to work on. I want to improve my relationships, increase productivity and definitely get more organized and clean. I have a lot of goals I view everyday but this is my second Milestone.
