"START SMALL, KEEP TRACK & MOVE FORWARD" ~ @chrisscottrice

After taking the initial step of limiting my diet I moved forward with another goal. This time it involved doing 100 squats every-other-day for 30 days straight. I skipped two of the workout days but I am still adding this as a milestone since I almost finished everything. I completed around 1,200 squats in thirty days. In addition to the leg workouts, I added 20 pushups to the list.

This is the fitness plan I will follow for August of 2015 . .

SQUATS:
110 Reps (every-other-day)
Touch Toes for 60 Seconds (every-other-day)

PUSHUPS:
22 Reps (other days) + Add 2 More (each week)
Straighten Back for 60 Seconds (other days)

BREAKFAST: Eat like a king
LUNCH: Eat like a queen
DINNER: Eat like a popper

(I borrowed the breakfast, lunch, dinner quote from a friend)

There are a lot of areas in my life I want to work on. I want to improve my relationships, increase productivity and definitely get more organized and clean. I have a lot of goals I view everyday but this is my second Milestone.

"A JOURNEY OF A THOUSAND MILES BEGINS WITH A SINGLE STEP." ~ Laozi (c 604 bc - c 531 bc)

The long-term goals I have today are about the same as the goals I wrote in My Hopes & Dreams. And although I haven't made that much progress, I was excited to re-read that post and find that I still have until 2017 to reach my goals (on-time).

BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND

I want to spend more time envisioning my future, imagining myself having my own job, being responsible, organized and following through on my day-to-day tasks.

BE PROACTIVE
I also take full responsibility for my life and what I experience. That includes the way people treat me, or at least the way I respond. It will take practice but I am ready.

FIRST THINGS FIRST
I started breaking down my 2017 goals into tinier goals I can achieve everyday. I have since created over 10 goals but only reached one Milestone.

MILESTONE:
I limited my food intake to a healthy amount for 2 weeks straight.
I ended up breaking all of my promises later on but started again after a "4 day relapse".

REFERENCED BOOKS / CD's:

Simple things are currently hard for me but once they become easy, I will be ready to take on greater goals. This is my journey of breaking free from dependency and moving towards a more productive life.
