PROBLEM:
- Emafe and I have an irregular sleeping pattern.

But I am still thankful:

  • I am thankful that Emafe adopted my irregular sleeping pattern since she understands me now and I understand her.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the perfect resolution.

  • I am thankful that there are places to eat at night in Taguig so that we don't always go hungry during our irregular sleeping patterns.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the perfect resolution.

  • I am happy to finally be serious about going to bed on time.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the perfect resolution.

  • I am happy that Emafe also has a strong desire to go to bed on time.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the perfect resolution.

  • I am thankful for Emafe's parents who always encourage us to sleep early.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the perfect resolution.

  • I am thankful for the YouTube community since watching ourselves online will remind me to go to bed early.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the perfect resolution.

  • I am thankful to have a house in Davao City to stay in during the night since it keeps us safe while we are at home and awake.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the perfect resolution.

  • I am thankful that the irregular sleeping pattern served a purpose in the past, even if I don't entirely understand what that purpose was.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the perfect resolution.

  • I am thankful to have the health that I do, even in spite of the irregular sleeping pattern I experienced.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the perfect resolution.

  • I am thankful I am capable of changing for the better, even though it can sometimes seem difficult or even impossible.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the perfect resolution.

  1. it's hard to have irregular sleeping pattern, i was like that when i was out of job for a while. i struggled a lot, i felt happy at night when everyone is sleeping, i like the feels of being disconnected, i hated seeing people being happy, sad but true it feels like i am buried ten feet under and don't know what to do in life. self help books didn't help me at all it's easy to type and visualize what i want in life but in reality its soo soo hard. But eventually i started to reconnect again tried to exercise every morning at first and log it down every single day it became a routine, i found friends who always keeps me company encouraging me to go out and live life not spending time alone at home, it really helps to divert things to stop thinking what things i keep on procrastinating. found a job that keeps me busy and luckily my sleeping pattern became regular but sometimes i had bouts of it haha having a diary helps :) and also if your body is tired it always knocks me off :)

    1. Hi,

Thank you for commenting and sorry for taking so long to reply.

I am happy that you resolved most of your sleeping troubles. Most of my late-night sleeping is fixed now too. I used to sleep at 3:30 AM, 6:00 AM and sometimes in the early day but I have been going to sleep around 11:30 PM for a couple months now. It might just be a coincidence that I wrote this post but things finally changed, and I have slept in starting at 3:00 AM and up for 10 to 11 years so this is big for me. It came down to an Internet addiction more than anything. Now that I am not addicted to the net, it's easy to go to bed on time.

Thank you again for commenting and congrats again. I am glad you are doing well! Good work.
